Hello everyone! today was a bit rainy so i stayed home and didn't go to swim practice, I learned how to make paper stars a few hours a go and they're a bit wonky but if i make more ill probably make some progress on making them better. Recently I've been losing my appetite and i eat less than i normally should which is not healthy for a 12 year old girl like me, Like today i didn't feel like eating dinner because i wasn't hungry or if i was i would just eat a small portion. but the thing is before this i used to eat large amounts of food which was a bit too much than i normally eat and i get hungry often but keep in mind that I'm not obese and i was probably the same weight i was then and now which is healthy weight, and my parents are very concerned about me. but the thing is that people in school don't really bully me or pick on me on how I'm eating, I'm perfectly fine and I'm in good shape but most said i just feel like I'm too full even though i barely ate anything at all and I'm concerned myself/ anyways that s all bye.
